Indonesia is the world’s largest clove producer, a leading source of cassia cinnamon, and the origin behind two recognised pepper names — Lampung Black and Muntok White. These are the lines we carry.

Cloves

Dried flower buds, sorted by colour, handle content and essential oil. Indonesia is the world’s largest clove producer.

Graded on bulk density and light-seed content. Indonesia is one of the world’s largest pepper exporters; Lampung Black Pepper is a recognised origin name.

Retted and hulled, graded on colour and residual black-pepper content. Muntok White Pepper is a recognised Indonesian origin name.

Cassia Cinnamon

Indonesian cassia, graded on roll quality, surface condition and stick diameter. Most of the country’s cinnamon leaves in rolled and broken form.

Two species are cultivated in Indonesia. Supplied green, white or red depending on drying and market preference.

Packing, lots and paperwork

Packing

Jute or PP bags to your weight, or vacuum and carton for vanilla and cardamom. Tell us your destination and we will pack for the freight mode.

Documents

Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate and fumigation certificate as standard. Certificate of analysis on request against the contracted grade.

Volumes

Quoted by container or part-container depending on the line. Vanilla and cardamom ship in far smaller lots than pepper or cassia.
