What we ship

Three lines, one export desk

Coffee is the core of the business and always will be. Cocoa and spices ride the same sourcing network, the same warehouse and the same paperwork — so a buyer who needs more than one of them deals with one supplier, not three.

Coffee — the core

Four origins we know by name

We do not resell anonymous lots. These are the origins we buy from, with the altitude, varietal and process written down — so the specification sheet you receive matches what is in the sack.

Cocoa

Bean, nib, mass, butter, powder

Indonesia is one of the world’s largest cocoa producers, and most of it still leaves the country as raw bean. We work across the chain — so you can buy the bean if you have a factory, or the powder if you have a product.

  • Fermented, sun-dried beans graded on bean count and defect tolerance
  • Nibs, mass and butter for chocolate and compound manufacturing
  • Natural and alkalised powder for beverage and bakery lines
  • Graded against ASEAN Stan 34:2014, the reference most buyers contract on

Spices

Grades published, not negotiated later

Cloves, black and white pepper, cassia cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla. Every line has its quality tiers written out — density, moisture, essential oil, defect limits — so you know what Quality 1 means before you order it.

How we work

One roof, from farm gate to bill of lading

Sourcing, grading, drying, roasting, packing and export documentation happen inside the same company. That is the reason quality and paperwork stay consistent from one container to the next.

Jaad Food is the export arm. The same coffee runs through our retail roastery and our café — which is how we know a profile works before we put it in a container.

Questions

The things buyers ask us first

What is your minimum order?

It depends on the product and the format. White label starts at 30 kg and private label at 100 kg. Green coffee, cocoa and spices are quoted by container or part-container — tell us the volume you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Do you ship with full export documents?

Yes. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, packing list, commercial invoice and bill of lading are issued as standard on every shipment. Certificate of analysis, safety data sheet and product specification sheet are issued on request.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. Tell us the product, your country and the volume you are planning, and we will send samples with the specification sheet and safety data sheet.

Which certifications do you hold?

Safety data sheets, product specification sheets and full export documentation are in place today. Halal certification through BPJPH is in progress. HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA registration, GACC and Rainforest Alliance are on the roadmap — we would rather tell you where we actually stand than imply more.

Next step

Tell us your country, volume and product.

We will come back with a catalogue, a specification sheet and samples — not a brochure.
