Export sack of Indonesian Arabica green coffee beans at Jaad Food

Green coffee

Indonesian green beans, graded lot by lot. Not resold from anonymous lots.

Arabica from four origins we buy from by name, plus Robusta and Liberica. Altitude, varietal and process are recorded per lot — so the specification sheet you approve is what arrives in the sack.

What you are buying

Green coffee, with the numbers written down

Most Indonesian green coffee is traded on a region name and a promise. We publish the origin detail we contract on, check every lot in our own warehouse in Bandung, and issue the paperwork alongside production.

01 · Arabica

Four origins we know by name

Altitude, varietal and process are recorded per lot. Ask for the specification sheet and you will get these numbers on paper, with the crop year.

02 · Quality control

Checked before it is bagged, not after it lands

Grading happens in our own warehouse in Bandung, by the same people who prepare the export paperwork. Nobody in the chain can quietly substitute a lot.

Measured per lot

Every lot is checked before bagging, and the numbers go on the specification sheet.

  • Moisture content
  • Defect count
  • Screen size
  • Lot-by-lot inspection recorded before bagging

Traceable

Origin detail is recorded when we buy, not reconstructed when you ask.

  • Crop year and lot traceability
  • Region and altitude
  • Varietal
  • Processing method

Documented on request

Your quality team and your customs broker get the same numbers we do.

  • Product specification sheet
  • Certificate of analysis
  • Safety data sheet
  • Photographs of the loaded container

03 · Species

Arabica, Robusta and Liberica from one desk

Indonesia is one of very few origins that can supply all three commercially traded species at export scale. Tell us the segment you sell into and we will tell you which makes sense.

Arabica

The four origins above, grown between 700 and 1,600 masl, washed, semi-washed, honey and natural.

  • Specialty and premium retail programmes
  • Single origin or blend components
  • Process specified per lot

Robusta

Body, crema and a lower price point — the backbone of most espresso blends and instant lines.

  • Espresso blend components
  • Instant and sachet production
  • Available alongside the Arabica origins

Liberica

Smaller volumes with an unusual, distinctive cup for roasters looking for something less familiar.

  • Export-ready lots
  • Niche and specialty programmes
  • Ask for current availability

04 · Shipment

Packing, marks and the paperwork that clears customs

A container held at the port costs more than the margin on the container. These documents are issued as standard on every shipment, and the pre-shipment checks are recorded before the goods leave Bandung.

Issued every shipment

  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary certificate
  • Fumigation certificate
  • Packing list and commercial invoice
  • Bill of lading

Recorded before loading

  • Lot-by-lot inspection before bagging
  • Container treatment documented with date and method
  • Marks and numbers matched to the packing list
  • Photographs of the loaded container on request

Where our certifications stand

We would rather publish the roadmap than imply we hold everything on it.

  • In place: SDS, specification sheets, full export documentation
  • In progress: Halal certification (BPJPH)
  • On the roadmap: HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA, GACC, Rainforest Alliance

05 · How to order

Five things in your first message

A request that includes these gets a real answer the same day. One that does not takes a week of emails. Samples go out from Bandung with the specification sheet and safety data sheet.

Country and port

Where the goods are landing. This decides freight, documents and, in some markets, the label.

Species and origin

Arabica from which origin, or Robusta or Liberica — and the process if you have a preference.

Grade and screen

The moisture, defect and screen specification you contract on, if your buyer already sets one.

Volume

Per shipment and, if you know it, per month once you are running.

Timing

Your next shipping window, so we can tell you which crop year you are buying.

Roasted instead?

If you would rather buy roasted or under your own brand, the roastery does that too.

Next step

Tell us the origin, the grade and the port.

We will come back with current availability, the specification sheet for the lot, sample shipment and a landed estimate to your port.
